Walnut Cake Recipe

  • cups Almond Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Organic Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar Powdered
  • 4 nos Eggs
  • cup Almond Milk
  • 2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup Diced Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Diced Dates


  • In a bowl, add 4 eggs, ⅓ cup almond milk and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Whisk together until combined and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat 1 cup organic unsalted butter and 1 cup brown sugar powder for 5 minutes, then add ½ cup diced walnuts, ½ cup diced dates, 1½ cup almond flour, 2 tbsp. coconut flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder and pour the egg mixture into it.  Fold with a spatula until just combined.
  • Preheat your oven to 160ºC / 320ºF. Grease 2x8 inches round cake pans and line the base with parchment paper, Split the cake batter evenly into 2 pans, Bake for 35 - 45mins and let it cool for 20mins.
  • Cut into slices and serve
